These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Attenzo, our web application and website (www.attenzo.net). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Attenzo lets organizations manage employee attendance and leave, with optional location and selfie verification. It runs in a web browser and can be added to a phone's home screen.
You are responsible for having the right to collect your employees' attendance, location and selfie data, and for informing them of what is collected and why before turning those features on. You must use Attenzo in line with applicable law and your own workplace policies.
You agree not to:
Your organization's data remains yours. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time by emailing support@attenzo.net.
The Attenzo name, logo, software and content belong to us. You receive a limited right to use the service for your own organization's attendance management. You may not copy or distribute any part of it without written consent.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. Attendance results depend on devices, GPS accuracy and network connections outside our control, so please review important records yourself, for example before running payroll. We may occasionally take the service down for maintenance.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud or abuse, giving notice where reasonable. You may stop using Attenzo at any time and ask us to delete your organization's data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, after the parties have first tried to resolve it by email in good faith.
We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with the date above, and we will email administrators about material changes. Continuing to use Attenzo after a change means you accept it.
Questions about these Terms: support@attenzo.net or our contact page.
